Andre, a fully registered and skilled three phase electrician and wireman, and his wife Chantal have been providing reliable electrical services for over 10 years. During this time in Bloemfontein, they’ve built a reputation for excellence, having completed more than 150 Certificates of Compliance (COCs) on a part-time basis for respected legal firms like McIntyre van der Post and Henney Phatsoane Attorneys. They’ve also played a pivotal role in the electrical maintenance of nearly 1,000 rental properties managed by Platinum Global in Bloemfontein.  

After years of visiting and falling in love with the West Coast, Andre and Chantal made the decision to settle here permanently in April 2026.

Are You Qualified and Registered?

Yes, Andre is a qualified Three Phase Electrician and registered at the Department of Labour as a Three Phase Wireman (35813(IE)) and an Electrical Contractor (FS01115(IE)) since October 2019.

Andre is thus competent to address electrical issues in residential (normal households), commercial (office buildings) and industrial (factories) buildings. 

ATLANTIS Electrical & Compliance (AEC) is also registered as a (Pty) LTD at CIPC: 2018/292771.

Which Areas Do You Serve?

Most services are rendered in St Helena Bay but the broader West Coast region (inclusive of Saldana Bay, Vredenburg, Jacobs Bay, Paternoster, Velddrif) is also serviced.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

1. Cash (upon completion of the  job).
2. Card payment on-site (upon completion of the job).

What Are Your Service Fees?

1. Transport Fees (AA rates per km; currently R4,18/km).
2. Hourly Fees = R600.
3. After-hour Fees = R1,200.
4. Big projects = 50% deposit and 50% upon completion of the job.
5. Materials' Price = Cost price + 20% handling fees.

Do You Offer After-Hour Services?

After-hour services are indeed rendered; for double the normal hourly fees.

What Safety Measures Do You Follow?

We strive to follow all safety measures as stipulated in the Electrical Installations Regulations (SANS 10142) and the Occupational Health and Safety Act on a continuous basis.

Do You Offer Warranty Or Guarantee For Your Work?

The product warranty is in line with the manufacturer’s warranty period.
